    1. Cal No. 12-04 - Petition of ROGER JOHNSON for a variance to reduce the front yard setback from 25 feet to 2 feet for an accessory structure located at 815 SOUTH 22ND STREET.
    2. Cal No. 12-05 - Petition of JAYMA TRAHAN for a variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 20 feet to 14 feet for a deck located at 1385 SOUTH 37th STREET.
    3. Cal No. 12-06 - Petition of BOB VOYLES for a variance to reduce the front yard setback from 25 feet to 2 feet for a deck located at 1305 NORTH LAKE SHORE DRIVE.
    4. Cal No. 12-07 - Petition of DOUGLAS P. DAVIDSON for a variance to reduce the aggregate side yard setback from 16 feet to 6 feet and to reduce the side yard setback from 8 to 6 feet for the construction of an addition to the main structure located at 3353 EAST CEDAR STREET.
    5. Cal No. 12-08 - Petition of STEVEN H. TICK for a variance to reduce the minimum lot area from the required 6,500 square feet and to reduce the front yard setback from 25 feet to 0 feet to allow for the subdivision of property and to have buildings comply with the current Zoning Ordinance.
