FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

City of Decatur crews will be working in the 5300 block of East William Street Road, between North Country Club Road and Haynes Drive, for ditching and culvert work, beginning Thursday, April 12, 2012, weather permitting. This work will cause the 5300 block of East William Street Road to be totally closed starting at 8:00 a.m., to approximately 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 2012 and 8:00 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2012; for two days only. The road will reopen daily at 3:30 p.m. Motorists should slow down, use extreme caution and are encouraged to seek an alternate route.
