The Decatur Police Foundation is organized to raise funds to benefit and assist the Decatur Police Department in safeguarding the community. It will address those public safety needs by enhancing community police work with supplemental funding for new equipment, for new technologies and for other unbudgeted and/or mandated programs that the Board of Directors deems appropriate.
